Delivery within the UK is by first class Royal Mail and International Standard to other destinations.
Please note, that whilst we try to send out your orders as soon as possible after they are received, the current Covid-19 situation means that they may be delayed.
We will ship to the address supplied by you in the shipping address part of the order. If this address is incorrect we will not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation thereafter regarding goods or shipping costs.
RETURNS
Cyanotype Books, Prints & Cards - As a result of the cyanotype of process, every print is unique. Each piece of paper or fabric is carefully hand-coated and exposed in the natural Scottish sunshine (when available!) or the darkroom, so no two are ever the same. Textural imperfections and colour variations are therefore inherent to each item's charm but each one is made to a high standard, with care and consideration. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please return it in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Exempt from any refunds or exchanges are any books, prints or other items made to order or altered at your request.
The artists will not refund the original postage costs. Exceptions to this are when the item is returned within 7 days of receipt according to distance selling regulations, or the item is faulty upon receipt.
