Make something truly unique! Using fabric paints, stencils, stamps and your own imagination, print your own designs onto book cloth that you'll then turn into a hard back notebook.

The workshop will take you through the different stages of printing on fabric and turning it into material suitable for coving books. You'll use different techniques for printing and for backing the material to ensure its colour fast and strong.

You'll then sew a pamphlet insert for your book and use your newly designed book cloth to make a single section hard back notebook...or two!

At the end of the day, you will take home at least one small notebook and plenty of inspiration to continue working on your own projects.

Materials will be provided, but please bring along an apron to protect yourself from paint.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners.

Teas and coffees will be available during the day but please bring along your own lunch.
