This course will teach you to make a variety of interesting book structures and a case binding.
You will learn some basic book-making techniques including folding, sewing, covering and casing-in, using tools and materials that are both inexpensive and easily accessible. You will leave with several beautiful books, lots of ideas and the ability to continue with your own projects.
Materials will be provided for the workshop, but please feel free to bring along any of your own that you'd like to work with.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners.
Tea, coffee and biscuits provided throughout the day, but please bring along your own lunch.
